Elevators Maintenance Engineer

Manager (Senior Level) - Maintenance Department

This role holder is responsible for all the technical (maintenance/ repair) activities of elevators, escalators

This role is also responsible for day-to-day operation activities at site and ensuring zero incidents and with zero or minimum break downs & customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure zero or minimum break downs.

Ensure that break downs are attended to efficiently and effectively.

Planning and execution of repair works for specific projects under maintenance and pre-maintenance repairs.

Attending in co-ordination with service sales department for any site meeting with clients as and when required.

Supervision of maintenance works and Safety of personnel at the job sites.

Responsible for planning & ordering the requirement of spare parts well in time to the stores.

To ensure implementation of corrective and preventive action plan based on monthly statistical report of call-backs.

Responsible for final inspection and co-ordination with Installation Dept. before taking over.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies :

Qualifications : Diploma in engineering

Years of Experience : Relevant experience of 7 years and above

Job Specific Skills : Strong maintenance systems knowledge.

Pay: 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month
