Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Technician with a focus on electronics, particularly PCB assembly. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting printed circuit boards (PCBs) and related electronic components. This role involves working closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards and efficient assembly processes.
PCB Assembly: Perform assembly of printed circuit boards, including soldering of components, wiring, and mounting of electronic devices on PCBs.
- Component Handling: Read and interpret schematics and component placement diagrams to place components accurately on PCBs.
Soldering & Rework:
Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components, and rework/repair defective boards as needed.Testing & Inspection:
Conduct functional and quality testing of assembled PCBs using various testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to ensure compliance with technical specifications.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits and PCBs, providing appropriate repair or improvement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain records of production and testing, ensuring all components and assemblies are traceable.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and assist in developing more efficient assembly methods.Team Collaboration:
