Responsibilities:1) Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
2) Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
3) Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions
4) Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
5) Oversee installation of machinery and equipment
6) Maintain statistical and financial records
7) Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
8) Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training
9) Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends
10) Produce written reports and make presentations
11) Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

2) Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information
3) Planning and prioritizing activities
4) Excellent negotiation skills
5) Ability to manage group to achieve goals within budget
6) Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
7) He / She aware about the electronic industry production process.
8) Working experience in handling of tools CRO,DVM, solder equipment and other tools.
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics and Tele-communication/Production/Power Electronics ( Other branch candidate don't apply to this post)
Should have minimum of 1-year of experience in production.
