Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic products to identify technical issues

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Assisting in the development of new products

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
