Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system integration, experiments, and final tests on communication switches (up to 28 ports, 10 Gbps per port).
- Provide production line support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless operation.
- Program ICs using diverse techniques and diagnose faults in electronic components at the circuit level.
- Operate high-end test equipment such as DVM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, and Network Analyzer.
- Work with electrical schematics and datasheets to optimize network testing setups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and improve system performance.
- Contribute to resource optimization, automation, and manpower efficiency.
- Lead skill matrix analysis and training initiatives to develop and empower team members.
- Promote safety and security in all operations, ensuring zero major incidents.
What We're Looking For:
- B-Tech/M-Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in system integration, electronics troubleshooting, and communication systems testing.
- Strong knowledge of IC programming, diagnostic tools, and network testing setups.
- Ability to work with schematics, datasheets, and electronic drawings.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to automation, optimization, and resource management.
