Role Description

This is a contract Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Consultant role located in Bengaluru. As an EDI Consultant, your responsibilities will include implementing and supporting Electronic Data Interchange solutions for our clients, analyzing EDI system requirements, designing workflows, and troubleshooting system issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI systems, provide technical expertise and guidance, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years Prior experience as an EDI Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange standards and protocols
• Proficiency in mapping and transforming electronic data between formats
• Experience with EDI software, such as IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or equivalent
• Knowledge of retail industry EDI transactions and standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in EDI or related technologies are a plus

• Opentext Trusted Link (TLE)
• SAP SD
• Unix
• Experience in TLE tool in Unix environment
• Mapping workbench expertise
• Experience in partner onboarding from TLE-OCC standpoint (Setting up events and managing application & communication)
