Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Electrical Design Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Design, practical industry experience, and excellent teaching skills. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of aspiring electrical engineers by delivering hands-on training aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Electrical Design concepts, tools, and software (such as AutoCAD,Dialux and Revit MEP).
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments based on industry trends.
- Provide practical, project-based training, emphasizing real-world scenarios.
- Mentor students, offering career guidance and support to enhance their employability.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and additional learning sessions to supplement course material.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Electrical Design and integrate them into the curriculum.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in Electrical Design or a related role.
- Proficiency in electrical design software, including AutoCAD and ETAP. Knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
