Roles and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Wet Paint booth equipment, Painting robots, Baking Ovens, Pumps, Blowers, ASU, Pre Treatment line and Conveyor maintenance, Mitsubishi PLC & Drives, SIEMENS PLC & Drives.
Ensuring good housekeeping & Right First Time in all maintenance activities.
Attending Breakdown in Paint Booth, Painting Robots, Pumps, Blowers, ASU, Pre Treatment line, Ovens & Floor, Overhead Part conveyor, Mitsubishi PLC & Drives, SIEMENS PLC & Drives.
Preventive maintenance, Time based maintenance of Paint Booth, Painting Robots, Pumps, Blowers, ASU, Pre Treatment line, Ovens & Floor, Overhead Part conveyor, Mitsubishi PLC & Drives, SIEMENS PLC & Drives.
Updating of log book & History cards for equipment.
Knowledge on safety Procedures.
Identification & Implementation the Kaizen for reduction in Power & Fuel cost, Repair & Maintenance cost.
Basic knowledge on Electrical maintenance activities.
Understanding, learning & adherence to the IMS for Maintenance dept.
Identification & Execution of Kaizens, OPL & SOP s.
Work experience with SAP PM Module & TPM.
Breakdown online reporting, analysis and actions on daily basis. - Technical Skill Set: TPM, Troubleshooting CNC
- Soft SKill (Must have): Team working skills & Basic Communication skills.
- Soft Skill (Good to have): Participation in kaizens and programs in order to support safety, quality and productivity goals.
