Job Responsibilities:Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with national and local codes.
Troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying necessary repairs or replacements.
Performing electrical upgrades and installations for residential and commercial clients.
Ensuring electrical systems are safe, functional, and meet performance standards.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and systems.
Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- General Responsibilities:
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborating with team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Proven experience as an Electrical and Plumbing Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, components, and tools.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
