Electrical Specialist

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Validation Test Planning:

Develop comprehensive test plans based on product specifications and requirements.

Collaborate with design and development teams to understand product functionality and performance expectations.

2. Test Execution:

Conduct electrical and electronic validation tests using a variety of testing equipment and methodologies.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards during the testing process.

3. Documentation:

Create detailed test protocols and reports to document test procedures, results, and observations.

Maintain accurate records of test setups, equipment calibration, and test configurations.

4. Issue Identification and Resolution:

Collaborate with design engineers to identify and address issues discovered during the validation process.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and electronic issues.

5. Data Analysis:

Analyse test data to assess product performance and reliability.

Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements based on test results.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with other validation engineers, hardware engineers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure a holistic approach to product validation.

Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the product development process.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices related to electrical and electronic validation.

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the validation process.

8. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that products meet relevant industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Work with regulatory affairs teams to facilitate the certification process for electrical and electronic components.
