Responsibilities
- Detailed Design & Engineering ,site assistance for Industri Projects and relevant experience in Solar Process plants.
- Worked in the EPC environment. Design optimization & Experience in Green field and Brown field projects.
- Preparation of Estimated BOQ for Electrical Items.
- Conversant with International codes and standards (IEC, IEEE )knowledge of HV(66 KV / 11 KV ) systems including GIS Application , HV & LV electrical system, electrical equipment in Utility Area.
- Shall be able to Interpret PID and Automation
- Configuration Diagrams. Prepare IO List etc.
- Review and Preparation of specifications, data sheets and calculation notes , Cable schedules
- Review and Preparation of design basis, Sizing and selection of electrical equipment including Transformer sizing, DG sizing, DC sizing, UPS sizing, cable sizing, Earthing Calculations etc.
- Review and Preparation of single line diagram for HV, LV system, load analysis, cable schedule, Equipment layout, wiring Diagram etc.
- Calculations including Short Circuit Motor starting studies, Protection Relay Coordination using ETAP.
- Review and Preparation of Control Schematics, typical protection diagram etc.
- Technical Bid evaluation and Vendor drawing review for electrical equipment including transformers,HV and LV switchgear, AC/DC UPS, HV/LV motors, Variable Frequency Drives(VFD), SCADA ,Emergency Diesel Generator
- Conversant with Autocad , Preparation of electrical layout drawings for Earthing , Cable and cable tray routing and coordinated Lighting layouts etc.
- Electrical support for mechanical packages , Utility Packages(HVAC , CHILLER , PEX , SMEX ,CAS , DWS / RWS ,EOT CRANE, FDAS )
- Supplier interaction, vendor coordination, coordination with Project management, Procurement and inter-discipline coordination, Coordination with project site execution team.
Qualifications
B.E Electrical with 10-12 Yrs of Experience.
