Arriving BOQs for the Electrical items based on the client's tentative drawings and proposal made for bidding.
Floating Enquiry (RFQ) and order placement for finalized purchase proposals by management.
Vendor/ Client Co-ordination for Drawings receipt and Approval.
Handled the Entire Budget of the Project i.e for Procurement and Execution.
Follow up with vendor, finance, Site to ensure smooth Supply Chain Management.
Processing and approval of Supplier and Contractors Bills/ LC and arranging for Payment.
Preparation of Progress Report Highlighting Engineering, Procurement and Execution status.
Continuous work progress monitoring with the contractors and ensure the project quality.
Cost effective manpower management to complete the scope of work on time with required standards.
Co-ordination with Site In charge and Client for the Erection and Commissioning activities.
Follow up with the Client for Joint Measurement Certificate to completed services and DC for supplied goods.
Attending client meeting, client billing, following up with client for payment etc.
Preparation and Submission of Handing over document to the client for retention payment collection.
Have the knowledge on Erection supervision of items i.e HT and LT switchgear panels, Power and Distribution Transformers, Cable Trays, earthing materials, Cable laying and Termination works, Double and Triple Pole Structures, Conductor and AB Cable Stringing works.
Testing and Commissioning of switchgear, Control & Relay panel for Generator, Transformer,
Testing of CT, PT, CVT, Circuit breaker, switch gear and Power Transformer.
Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant and sub-station.
Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits.
Troubleshooting and Quick Analysis of Power Systems. Commissioning of the LV -MV AC Drives & DC drive
Knowledge on Transformer Protection, Transformer Differential Protection &REF Protection, Bus bar protection, Motor protection, and synchronizing scheme.
Testing and Commissioning of power control Centre and motor control center.

All items related to Electrical/ Civil as per the Client Technical specification for Commissioning Substation and Transmission Line on Turnkey Basis
