Knowledge of Electrical and electronic circuits, components.
- Root cause analysis & WHY-WHY analysis to improve the MTBF & MTTR.
- Implementation & adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule
- Ensure safe working practices on shop floor
- Concept and compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 & ISO 50001
- Exposure to PLC, CNC, servo drives, VFD, DC drives, different sensors.
- Effective Manpower Handling
- Electrical Maintenance- Maintenance of machines, sub-station, LT Panels, utilities,
etc
- Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Root Cause Analysis
- DO replacement, HT LT transformer, breaker operation, Starter, VFD connection,
VFD parameterization, servo drive replacement
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 50001: Energy Management System. Documentation,
implementation and compliance of EnMS.
