Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and a strong background in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the electrical engineering team and oversee project timelines and budgets
• Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of projects, including power systems, lighting, and control systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and ensure that all work complies with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other teams, such as mechanical and software engineering, to integrate electrical systems into larger projects
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements and innovation

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, including power systems, lighting, and control systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other electrical design software
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as NEC and IEC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot electrical systems
