RoleSummary:
The candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in developing electrical & Instrumentation basic & detail design document, coordination with various disciplines and client to finalize the inputs and tie in points, provide procurement support and review post order vendor documentation

EssentialResponsibilities/Expectations:
- Candidate from EPC background and Water Treatment Plant's/ Power Industry is preferable.
- Candidate must be familiar with international code and standard, NEC IEC UL CSA NFA
- Preparation and review of Instrument cum Automated Valve List, Datasheets, Junction Box schedule, Loop Diagram, Cable Schedule, Hook-Up diagram, IO list, Network Architecture Diagram, Load List
- Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key stakeholders.
- Basic and Detail engineering, Document deliverables, RFQ for E & I procurement, execution planning through to completion and start up.
- Identifies issues and coordinates its resolution.
- Review/Approve of Specification & Drawings related to Water Treatment Plant's / Oil and Gas Electricals & Instruments.
- Review/Approve of Basic engineering documents like Instrument list/PLC IO list/ Electrical Load list and Datasheet hook up drawings.
- Candidate must knowledge on area classification of different Zones.
- Manage Management of Change process to ensure changes are appropriately reviewed, approved, and documented
- Preparation of RFQ/TBE and review of vendor documents for PLC Panels (Post Order) and provide manufacturing clearance and able to perform FAT
- Preparation of Detail Engineering like Cable Schedule, review of Cable Tray & perform earthing calculation and review of Earthing Layouts
- Review of Key SLD
- Vendors Engineering - Drawing Review & Comments (MCC/LPBS/Junction Boxes)
- Owns Engineering deliverables
KeyDeliverables:
- On-time delivery on project deliverables at 95%: Candidate must submit required documents to lead engineer for review before or on time of set delivery date. On a scale of 0-100%, each missed day will be a deduction of 1%.
- First-pass submittal of 95% accuracy: The candidate must ensure that the checking of his work has been done by self and as well as peer reviewer.
- Communication: Assumptions shall not be made. Candidate must contact Client E&I if task or work instructions are not clear.
EducationalQualification:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or Technology or equivalent from a recognized university.
