Job Purpose
This role's primary responsibility is handling documentation tasks and coordinating with DGVCL/GETCO. The job purpose of an Electrical Executive (Solar Power Plant) is to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of a solar power plant's operations. This includes ensuring the efficient functioning of the plant's electrical systems, equipment, and components. The Electrical Executive is also responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and optimising the performance of electrical systems to maximise energy production. Additionally, they may supervise electrical staff, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Duties
- Assist in documentation, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with DGVCL/GETCO for various tasks, such as obtaining approvals, submitting documents, and resolving queries.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and seeking necessary information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, adhering to established standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation workflows, which improves efficiency.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to documentation and compliance.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Will be required to go in routine to DGVCL offices in and around the site for paperwork.
- Should possess a professional appearance and excellent communication skills to interact with officers effectively.
