1. To prepare plan for proposed new Branches / renovation of Branches / departments.
2. To assess the civil works to be done at our Bank Premises and to prioritize the works to be done.
3. To assist the Contractors who need support in order to complete the civil works related to our Bank building works.
4. To prepare tender documents for any civil works to be carried out in line with our Bank requirements.
5. To assess and evaluate the works done by any contractor and to prepare the value report.
6. To take all kinds of measurements accurately pertaining to civil works and asses the value.
7. To assess the stability of a building.
8. To assess the merits and demerits of a location or building identified for our proposed Branch or Department.
9. To have sufficient knowledge of preparing plan with CADD technology for a building.
10. To visit any of our branch / department and to assess the requirements of them to either renovate or repair them.
11. To assess the requirement of raw materials requirement to carry out a civil work at a site.
12. To have knowledge about overcoming any major issue related to civil works and to work for solving it.
13. To have basic knowledge about Vaasthu for fixing our Bank Buildings.
14. To have knowledge of preparing notes related to all kinds of Civil works with a permanent solution to present before the higher authority.
1. To prepare electrical diagram for a proposed premises.
2. To assess the electrical repair works related to a building which is in need of such works.
3. To assess the required electricity load required for a premises and to overcome any issues arising out of electricity related works.
4. To coordinate with the Branch for Generator related issues, earthing issues, short circuit issues and to bring a permanent solution for the same.
5. To conduct electrical Audit for our Bank premises and come out with permanent solution if any
