Electrical Engineer

Working hours are 12 hrs & work location is Lachivakkam village, Palavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

• Maintenance Activities of Electrical machines and instruments

Knowledge in ACB, VCB, SF6, TRANSFORMER.

• Knowledge in VFD's (ABB, DANFOSS, YASKAWA,SIEMENS)

Knowledge in Twin Screw Extruder Process (Steer, Coperion, and Bestroff) will be added advantage.

• Working knowledge of Electrical & Electronic Systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.

Responsibilities for Erection and commissioning of twin screw extruder machines and maintenance of machines for both mechanical and electrical during breakdown at shortest time.

• Installation & commissioning of Machines

Breakdown Maintenance

• Preventive Maintenance Planning

Focus on planning, scheduling weekly preventive activities and supervising maintenance and electrical operations of Unit.

• Working knowledge in Ac & Dc Servo motors
