Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 3-8 years) in electrical engineering design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium, or equivalent). Knowledge of electrical design principles and best practices.
Experience with simulation tools such as SPICE or MATLAB.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., IEC, UL, NEC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
