Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Electrical Design Engineer at S.S Electicals India Pvt Ltd located in Chennai. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems and components, conducting feasibility studies, creating electrical schematics and diagrams, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting electrical issues, and providing technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical
- Experience in designing electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and sustainable practices is a plus
