Position - Engineer /Sr. Engineer - Electrical Control Engineering
- Education- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidate preference from FMCG /dairy/Ice cream/ Chocolate/Food Processing industries.
- Skills & Abilities Required-
PLC, SCADA, Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in a similar industrial environment
- preferably in the renewable energy or biogas sector.
Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA systems., Strong knowledge of instrumentation devices, their installation, calibration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Instrumentation Installation:
Install, configure, and calibrate a wide range of instrumentation devices such as flow meters, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, level sensors, and analytical instruments.
Control Systems:
Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to ensure accurate and reliable plant control.
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
Calibration and Validation:
Regularly calibrate and validate instrumentation equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems to minimize production interruptions.
Data Analysis:
Analyse data collected from instrumentation systems to identify trends and areas for improvement in plant performance.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of instrumentation maintenance activities, calibration logs, and equipment manuals.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all instrumentation systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Training:* Provide training to plant operators and technicians on the proper use and maintenance of instrumentation equipment.

Pay: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
