Position: ElectricalBIM Modeler

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM models for Electrical &ELV Systems from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Preparation of lighting, Power, cable tray & conduiting layout.
• Preparation of SLD.
• Preparation of Fire alarm & PA layout.
• Quality control for completeness and adherence to company/project standards.
• Using Revit Preparation Schedule Quantities (BOQ) For MEP Services.
• Create and modify the Revit Families.
• Keep track of the major decisions (MOMs) during the Project subsistence.
• Ability to generate various Electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details Clash detection.
• Should possess knowledge in fabrication drawings.

What we expect:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in electrical system drafting/Modelling.
• Experience in LOD of 350 -500
• Experience in Commercial/ Corporate fitout projects
