Job Description

The Electrical and Automation Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales of our advanced switchboards and automation panels. This role involves understanding customer requirements, crafting tailored offers, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges.

Present and propose suitable products that align with customer needs.

Technical Discussions:

Explain the technical aspects of our products to customers and consultants.

Address any queries or concerns related to product specifications and capabilities.

Sales Process Management:

Develop and present competitive offers that meet customer requirements.

Maintain close contact with decision-makers throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth and timely closure.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Keep abreast of market trends and customer needs to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

A degree in Electrical Engineering.
5-7 years of experience in sales within the electrical and automation industry.
Strong technical knowledge of switchboards and automation panels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and consultants.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
