Overview
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, developing new business opportunities, and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship within our organization. You will act as a strategic advisor and mentor to our teams, providing valuable insights and guidance to help drive the growth and success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new business opportunities and market trends
- Lead strategic business planning and execution
- Mentor and advise startup teams on business strategy, product development, and market positioning
- Drive innovation initiatives and projects to foster a culture of entrepreneurship
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align entrepreneurship initiatives with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making
- Provide leadership and mentorship to early-stage startups within the organization
- Support the development of new ventures and assist in fundraising activities
- Contribute to the development of scalable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate and mitigate risk factors related to new business ventures
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of entrepreneurial processes
- Participate in industry events and forums to promote entrepreneurship and identify opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful entrepreneurship or startup leadership
