EHS 3M Wave 3 (S.Con)

Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS 3M Wave 3 (S.Con) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and compliance with all EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures
• Conduct EHS audits and inspections to identify areas of risk and non-compliance
• Develop and implement EHS training programs for employees
• Maintain records and documentation related to EHS activities
• Investigate and report on accidents, incidents and near misses
• Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
• Provide EHS support and guidance to all departments and employees

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in EHS in the job market context of India
• Experience with 3M Wave 3 EHS software
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification
