responsible for providing supervision and assistance to students
Making enhanced outbound calls
Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Create Sales funnel from the leads provided as well as through own initiative
Rigorous follow-up with clients. Keeping track of clients and sending reminders.
Closing sales. Conversion of leads received through various channels
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
Get references through the existing customer base, and own network to increase the sales funnel
Improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Creating and maintaining list/database in CRM
Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals in line with team/organizational objectives
Work with the team to meet sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Maintaining call reports, enrolment/conversion report, and sharing daily activity report with reporting personal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers (Students, working professionals, Institutions, corporates, etc)
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
