Responsibilities:
Experience in Edtech Sales
- Manage the complete student admission process from start to end.
- Assess and optimize student recruitment strategies by analyzing their effectiveness.
- Greet and assist prospective students by handling paperwork, conducting interviews, and following up with emails and phone calls.
- Efficiently manage student walk-in inquiries and Cold Calling.
- Explain available IT courses and payment plans to candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Follow up with candidates regarding course enrollment and payments.
- Make reminder calls for outstanding payments.
- Update and schedule upcoming batches, keeping all team members, trainers, and students informed.
- Meet targets set by the Branch Manager.
- Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for student admissions and inquiries.
- Build a strong alumni network and organize student interaction sessions.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Enhance the reputation of the admissions department and the institute by taking ownership of new and unique admission-related request
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven 2+years of experience
Convincing skills
