Job Title: Academic Counselor

Job Office Location: Office no.201, Navale Icon, 2nd floor, Near Navale Bridge, Pune-411041.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (From 1:30PM-10PM)

Working Days: The work schedule includes weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with one weekday off

Salary: 15,000- 20,000 Per Month + Performance Based Incentives

Role Description:

This is a full-time role as a Counselor at Esro Magica. As a Counselor, your daily tasks will include providing guidance and support to students, conducting individual and group counseling

sessions, and helping students navigate their educational and personal challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field.

- Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences.

- Assist in the development of personalized academic and career plans.

- Stay updated on advancements in space sciences to provide accurate information to students.

- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance students understanding of space-related careers.

- Collaborate with educational institutions and industry professionals to create networking

opportunities for students.

- Monitor and evaluate students academic progress.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing counseling or mentorship is a plus
• Knowledge of space and astronomy education
• Empathy and understanding of student needs
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
