Responsibilities:
- Assist students (MBBS Pursuing) and parents in understanding and selecting educational programs.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company's offerings including courses, certifications, and learning paths.
- Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
- Perform timely follow-up communications with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with details of all inquiries.
- Stay updated on educational trends, new courses, and competitor offerings to provide students with the best possible advice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, career guidance, or a sales-related role in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Target-driven with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to offer practical and relevant advice to students.
