**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Education Counselor to join our team at CADD Centre. As an Education Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and professionals towards fulfilling their career aspirations in the fields of engineering, architecture, and project management. You will be responsible for providing personalized counseling, understanding the unique needs of each student, and recommending appropriate training programs to help them achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational and career objectives.

- Provide comprehensive information about our training programs, course offerings, and career opportunities in the fields of CADD, engineering, and project management.

- Assess students skills, interests, and academic backgrounds to recommend suitable training paths and certification programs.

- Assist students in the enrollment process, including registration, course selection, and fee payment procedures.

- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address any inquiries and provide additional support.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to organize promotional events, workshops, and seminars to attract prospective students.

- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and enrollment data using our CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends, educational developments, and job market requirements to provide relevant and up-to-date guidance to students.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree is Preferred

- Proven experience in counseling, admissions, or customer service roles, preferably in the education or training sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to provide personalized guidance and solutions to meet individual student needs.

- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for helping others succeed in their educational and career pursuits.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is desirable.
