The educational counsellor is responsible for all aspects of the admissions process, a critical touchpoint for prospective students and will be focused on achieving sales targets, revenue generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective outbound and inbound calls.

Qualifications
Strong counseling and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and maintain relationships with partner institutions
Good research and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in the education industry is a plus
