Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive, Business Development, and Admission Counselor to join our growing team at Cadera Infotech. This multifaceted role combines sales, business development, and client engagement to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and facilitate smooth admissions processes for our educational programs or services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with Cadera Infotech's offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive offerings in the IT and education sector.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's services and network with potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Admission Counseling:
Provide detailed guidance and counseling to prospective students or clients interested in our programs/services.
Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand the candidate's needs, educational background, and career aspirations.
Assist candidates in choosing the right program or service based on their goals and preferences.
Offer information about course content, structure, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
Process applications, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
Maintain accurate records of prospective students, track progress, and update databases.
Conduct admission interviews and assessments as required.
Customer Relationship Management:
Follow up with prospects and clients at various stages of the sales and admission process.
Provide exceptional post-admission support to ensure a positive experience.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by candidates or clients.
Continuously track the success of programs or services offered to clients and provide recommendations for improvement.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads, admissions, and client interactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, business development activities, and admission statistics.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client counseling, preferably in the IT or education sector.
Experience in counseling or working with students or clients is a plus.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Familiarity with the latest trends in IT and education-related services is advantageous.
