Job Title: UPSC Counsellor - Location: Karol Bagh , New Delhi
Provide comprehensive guidance to UPSC aspirants on exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand candidates strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
Offer personalized advice on study plans, time management, and stress management.- Keep abreast of the latest UPSC examination updates, changes in syllabus, and other relevant information.
Disseminate accurate and timely information to candidates regarding exam dates, application procedures, and other crucial details.
- Recommend relevant study materials, reference books, and online resources to candidates.
Provide insights into effective utilization of study aids, online platforms, and coaching programs.- Evaluate mock tests and practice exams to identify areas of improvement for candidates.
Offer constructive feedback on performance, suggesting strategies for improvement.
- Inspire and motivate candidates to stay focused and resilient during the challenging UPSC preparation journey.
Provide emotional support and guidance to help candidates overcome stress and anxiety.- Conduct workshops and seminars on UPSC exam-related topics, study techniques, and time management.
Collaborate with other educators to organize events that enhance candidates preparation.
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Political Science, History).
- In-depth knowledge of the UPSC examination process and syllabus.
Proven experience in UPSC exam coaching or counselling.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and patient demeanour.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
