Educational Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Working Partner to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education, particularly as an IELTS/OET/PTE trainer, with additional interests in business development and corporate ventures. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a lead trainer for IELTS, OET, and PTE, delivering high-quality instruction.

Manage teaching staff and ensure excellence in educational delivery.

Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient functioning across all departments.

Participate in business development, contributing to the company's strategic growth and expansion.

Play an active role in hiring, recruitment, and onboarding of new staff.

Manage basic financial responsibilities, including accounts, budgeting, and financial oversight.

Collaborate on curriculum development and continuously improve educational programs.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IELTS/OET/PTE trainer with a strong teaching background.

Interest in business ventures and corporate growth, with a willingness to contribute to strategic planning.

Experience in hiring, accounts management, and general administration.

Willingness to invest in a corporate venture with limited opportunity.
