• Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the entire admission process, providing them with accurate information about our educational programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic future.

• Responsibilities:

Understand and effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our educational programs to prospective students and parents.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their parents to understand their educational goals and aspirations.

Provide information on admission requirements, curriculum, fees, and other relevant details to prospective students.

• Assist students in identifying suitable programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

Address queries and concerns from students and parents promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.

Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to encourage enrollment.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admission process for students.

• Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role, preferably in an educational institution.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to empathize with students and parents and understand their concerns.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of educational systems, admission procedures, and career pathways.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with educational software and CRM systems for managing student records.

• Certification in counseling or career guidance is a plus.
