Education Recruiter

Urgently Looking for an EDUCATIONAL RECRUITER for an Ed-tech platform based out in Chennai.

Shift Time: 11:30 am IST to 8:30 pm IST(Day Shift)

Your Major Roles & Responsibilities:

Bulk Hiring: Efficiently manage the recruitment process to fill multiple teaching positions.

Job Boards &Channels: Utilize various job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels to attract and engage potential candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific teaching needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies.

Requirements from the Candidates:

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the education sector.

Strong proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Familiarity with education and teaching standards is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
