As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to students on academic and career planning. You will help students explore their interests and abilities, set educational goals, and make informed decisions about their future.

• Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counselling to students on academic and career options

• Assess students interests, skills, and abilities to help them make informed decisions

Develop and implement educational plans for students based on their goals and aspirations

• Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, career readiness, and college applications

Stay updated on educational trends and career opportunities to provide relevant information to students

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field

• Proven experience in academic advising or counselling role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy and ability to understand students needs and concerns
