Key Responsibilities:
Centre Incharge:
- Manage day-to-day centre operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Supervise staff, including counsellors, trainers, and administrative personnel.
- Implement centre policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Monitor centre performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Sr. Counsellor:
- Provide career guidance and counselling to students.
- Conduct assessments, identifying skill gaps and development needs.
- Develop personalized learning plans for students.
- Build relationships with industry partners, facilitating placements.
- Ensure high placement rates and student satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in counselling, education management, or training.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with skill development programs, NSQF, and industry requirements.
