- Position Overview: As an Education Counsellor at SGGurukul, you will be instrumental in guiding students and professionals through their educational journeys in digital marketing. Your role will involve advising clients on course offerings, career paths, and skill development to help them succeed in the digital marketing field.
Personalized Counseling:- Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their educational and career goals.
Recommend suitable courses and certifications based on individual needs.Course Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of SGGurukul's course offerings and the digital marketing landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging skills in digital marketing.
Client Support:
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into courses.
Address inquiries and provide ongoing support to students during their learning journey.
Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and seminars to enhance client knowledge and engagement.- Collaborate with industry experts to provide valuable insights and networking opportunities.
Feedback and Enhancement:- Gather and analyze feedback from students to improve course content and counseling services.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that effectively communicate educational offerings.Networking:
Build relationships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and potential employers.
- Represent SGGurukul at educational fairs and relevant industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in educational counseling, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to help others succeed.
