- Seek faculty availability and align for the sessions
Ensure sessions (online /offline ) are delivered on time and as per agreed schedule- Ensure attendance is captured in the systems
Independently coordinate all day-to-day delivery aspects of a specified program activity.
- Monitor delivery and logistics of all programs as per defined processes.
Ensure feedback is taken from the students and faculties.- Communicate the feedback summary to all stake holders.
Track, update and maintain reports specific to the program on day to day basis.
- Implementation of effective operational/administrative policies and procedures specific to the achievement of the objectives of the program.
Day-to-day team interaction with, liaison between, and coordination with internal and external stake holders involved in program activities.
