- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counselling.
- Need to be picked from the Industry of Education Classes like Byjus , White Hat Junior etc, Fitness Centres , Wellness Centres, Dance Academy, Acting Institutes, Financial Institutes selling Insurance or Credit Cards,
- Handling Lead Generations & follow ups.
- Need aggressive follow up on students.
- Counsel and close on weekend workshops and courses.
- Handle Social Media and website enquiries.
- Be Active on Social Media Groups to broadcast and post updates on academy.
- Present timely work and performance reports to the HOD and also take targets on the monthly basis and achieve value targets for closure of admissions for academy.
- Need to be presentable and well-dressed always.
- Ready to work on weekends.
