Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in their educational journey, including making day-to-day calls, following up with prospects, and closing candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to students regarding educational programs and opportunities.
- Make daily calls to prospective students to discuss their educational needs and options.
- Follow up with students to address their questions and concerns.
- Assist students in completing applications and enrollment processes.
- Close candidates by effectively communicating the benefits of our educational programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Previous experience in education counseling or a similar role is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
