Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with students to understand their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial limitations.

Research and recommend suitable educational programs in various countries based on individual needs and goals.

Provide comprehensive information on universities, colleges, application procedures, scholarships, and tuition fees.

Guide students through the visa application process, including document preparation, application review, and interview skills.

Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and liaise with admissions teams on behalf of students.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in international education, immigration policies, and visa requirements for Australia.

Develop and deliver informative presentations and workshops on educational opportunities and visa processes.

Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout the student journey.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling or a relevant field.

Strong knowledge of international education systems and immigration requirements for major study destinations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent written and verbal English language skills.

Proficient in using computers and education counselling software.

A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
