EDM supervisors.
Qualification:-
DIPLOMA IN TOOL & DIE MAKING / DME
Experience:- 10Years+
Expertise:-
Tool Rooms , EDM & Wire cut operating, programming, setup, inspection of produced
components.
Skill:-
Supervisory skill, man power planning, advance planning of job and execution and monitoring.
Electrode designing, Knowledge of Spark gap selection, orbiting strategies based on material and geometries.
Special skills:-
CAD/ CAM knowledge. (Auto Cad, Master Cam, Del Cam, Proe, UG, Catia will be added
advance).
Minimum Auto Cad and one 3D software is necessary.
Preferences:-
Person from Mold making company. Have knowledge of following m/cs.
EDM & WEDM (GF, Charmills, Makino).
