Job Overview: We are looking for two experienced Editors with 4 years of experience to join our team. You will work on refining manuscripts, ensuring content quality, and collaborating with authors to bring their work to publication. Key Responsibilities:

Manuscript Editing: Review, edit, and proofread manuscripts for grammar, clarity, and consistency. Provide authors with feedback for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with authors, designers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and oversee final checks before printing.

Market Research: Stay updated on publishing trends and assist in selecting potential book ideas.

Qualifications:- Experience: 4 years in editorial roles, preferably in publishing.

Skills: Strong editing, proofreading, and communication skills. Familiarity with publishing tools like Adobe InDesign, MS Word.

Education: Bachelor's in English, Journalism, or related field. Preferred: Experience in fiction, non-fiction, or academic publishing. Compensation: Competitive salary with benefits.
