Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Editor to join our team at First Click Studios. As an Editor, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing raw footage to create visually appealing and high-quality videos. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a video editor, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in using industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices
- Familiarity with visual effects, motion graphics, and animation
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance raw footage utilizing industry-standard video editing software
- Trim footage segments and add transitions, animations, and special effects as required
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project requirements and deliver videos that meet the client's expectations
- Ensure all videos adhere to the company's brand guidelines and quality standards
- Apply color grading and adjust audio levels to enhance the overall video quality
- Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and software advancements
