About the company: A leading transport & logistics MNC
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar EDI Support environment.
- Have knowledge of Devops/ OpenStack/Azure/GCP/Kubernetes/Docker. Have knowledge of one or many automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Azure DevOps or ArgoCD.
- Know your way around programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Groovy).
- Have hands-on experience with the Agile methodology and its management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Good practical knowledge of Sterling Integrator or IBM APIC (Containerised/Cloud instances. Basic mapping experience with Positional, Idocs, XML, X12 and EDIFACT on ITX or Sterling Mapper.
- A very good network communication protocols understanding (MQ, FTP, sFTP, FTPs, HTTP, HTTPs, other).
Responsibilities:
- Perform 2nd level/3rd Level support on applications placed within the Integration area. Responsible for the support performance and follow-up in line with the SLA
- Planning and controlling of the own tasks assigned on ITSM tool. Propose solution to optimize the efficiency of processes and teamwork.
- Ensure proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests, and changes.
- Participating in ad-hoc Integration Projects allocated by Management and completing them within agreed timeframes.
- Understand the IT organization and the EDI Support team role in Global IT dept.
