escoADVISOR is a globally recognized Edi software consulting company that provides Edi consulting/digital solutions to energy service and utility companies. We are currently assisting ESCOs/REP's, across the nation, in increasing revenue within their existing customer base. We work hand-in-hand with your Operations team to ensure each and every transaction processes efficiently within the billing system.

Required Experience & Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, sales or related area is preferable.

Ability to gain a deep understanding and product knowledge and communicate effectively with others.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, handle uncertainty and handle multiple projects at one time. Completely comfortable using a computer and online-based applications.

Analytical & excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, including telephone calls.

Innovative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment

Job responsibilities:

• Analyzing, reviewing and interpreting EDI guides, functional specifications, and design documents to identify incremental regulatory changes and evolving business requirements
• Escalate customer requests to the accurate department for request resolution
• Perform day to day operational activity for Suppliers service deregulated markets.
