Ecommerce Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce management, marketing strategies, and online sales optimization. You will manage brand portfolios, execute marketing campaigns, and drive sales growth through effective use of various marketing channels and PPC ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize online stores on platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Amazon.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.

Create and manage PPC campaigns across different advertising platforms.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

List products, plan and submit promotions, and manage PPC ads.

Chat with customers and be responsible for sales performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.Requirements: Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra/ Ajio / Meesho).

Strong understanding of marketing strategies, PPC ads, and online sales optimization.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising is a plus.

Good to average English speaking skills, comfortable with direct client interaction if needed.

Minimum qualification: Undergraduate (Bachelors) Degree in any field

Previous experience on other marketplaces such as Amazon is a MUST.

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time, in-office position based in our India office in Vadodara.
• All offers will start with a 2-month probation period.
