Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Mumbai. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ecommerce platform, handling customer service inquiries, and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance the user experience. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute ecommerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in managing Domestic as well as Global ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Walmart, etc.
• Knowledge of running Ads on particular marketplace.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
